The objectives of this study are two-fold: (1) conduct an impact assessment of the project of the Regional resource centre for elementary education (RRCE), and (2) make recommendations for defining future direction of the work and improving its effectiveness.The assessment is based on a series of interviews which cover the various actors of the RRCE. The research showed that the RRCE has been able to demonstrate a new method of teacher professional development, building networks of teachers with others working in the education domain and needs to continue its journey onto higher levels of development and maturity.
