Parminder Jeet Singh from IT for Change will be participating in the workshop - 'Digital Trade and Industrialization: Perspectives from the South' organised by Department of Commerce (Government of Sri Lanka) and UNCTAD in partnership with Sri Lanka Export Credit and Insurance Corporation and Centre for WTO Studies. The workshop will be held on 8-9 March 2018 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It will bring together policymakers from South Asia and Southeast Asia who head trade policy formulations to discuss issues of relevance for digital trade and industrialization.
Parminder Jeet Singh will be making a presentation on 'Importance of Data, Digital Industrial Policies and the WTO' at the workshop.
