This page details IT for Change's involvement at the Internet Governance Forum held at Rio in 2007 and Athens in 2006.
IT for Change at the UN-Internet Governance Forum, Brazil 2007
IT for Change in partnership with government, civil society and private sector co-organised and participated in a number of workshops at the United Nations-Internet Governance Forum at Rio, Brazil 2007. The workshops co-organised by IT for Change were Governance Frameworks for Critical Internet Resources, Fulfilling the Mandate of IGF & Meeting of the Dynamic Coalition on Framework of Principles for the Internet.
We participated as panelists in workshops on Access-Plenary Session, Freedom of Expression as a Security Issue, The Global culture of Cyber-Security & Public Policy on the Internet.
