15th Annual International Conference of the Comparative Education Society of India

Gurumurthy Kasinathan, Director and Lead - Public EdTech, participated in a panel at the 15th Annual International Conference of the Comparative Education Society of India, presenting insights from his book chapter that deals with the platformization of shadow education. He elaborated on how platforms can potentially eliminate small tutor centres and centralize shadow education in a manner where the platform would control the entire process, leaving both tutors as well as parents and children dependent on the platform.
