Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Framework for Researchers

Marzia Ibrahim, Senior Program Associate - Education, participated as a panellist in a webinar by the Empowering Teachers Initiative (ETI) titled “ETI Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Framework for Researchers" on 24 April 2025. This is a new self-evaluation tool designed to help researchers working with teachers more systematically integrate a GESI perspective into their studies. Marzia shared how some of this practical guidance has helped expand and shift the team’s conceptualization of GESI in our research.
