Srinidhi Raghavan

Srinidhi Raghavan has a Post Graduate Diploma in New Media from the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai. Presently, she is with IT for Change as a Research Assistant with communication responsibilities. Previously, she has worked as a trainee journalist with the Ahmedabad Mirror. Her interests include the politics of media and exploring new media for development communication.

Sriranjani Ranganathan

Programme Associate

Sriranjani completed her Masters in Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and MBA from Drexel University, Philadelphia. She initially worked with the banking industry but decided to make a career shift to teaching. She has taught at the Raritan Valley Montessori School in New Jersey and then at Valley school in Bengaluru. She has also completed a training programme from the Montessori Teacher Training Institute of NJ and currently holds an AMS Montessori credential.

Nandini C

Research Associate: Governance

NandiniNandini has a Masters in Urban and Rural Community Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Previously, she has worked with NGOs and activist groups on issues pertaining to urban governance, environmental policy and governance of common property resources. At IT for Change, she is part of the team that works on research projects pertaining to the field of ICTs and democratic governance. Her areas of interest are community informatics, governance reforms and the politics of urban development.

Arpita Joshi

Research Associate: Gender

arpitaArpita Joshi has a Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She is currently with IT for Change as a Research Associate (Gender). She has worked with NGOs and networks on issues relating broadly to the field of social and environmental justice. In specific she was involved in lobbying and creating networks for the rights of people displaced by development project and laws which are socially and environmentally just. She has also worked on issues relating to the rag-picker communities in cities. Her areas of interest include women's empowerment, women and violence, globalisation and governance reforms, development induced displacement.

Bindu Thirumalai

Programme Associate

binduBindu Thirumalai is working as a Programme Associate, ICTs and Education at the Bangalore office. Her academic background includes a MCA (Master of Computer Applications) from Bangalore University and a  M.A. Education (Elementary) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She worked for over 10 years as an IT professional before moving to work in the field of education. She worked for a Bangalore Based NGO Makkala Jagriti in their community learning centers for the marginalized and underprivileged children, youth and adults for over two years before joining IT for Change. Her interests are Mathematics, and Social Science education. She also loves to hike in her free time.

Krittika Vishwanath

Research Associate

krittikaKrittika Vishwanath has completed her Master's in Sociology as well as her Bachelor's from Christ College, Bangalore. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in 'International trade' from Bhavan's Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management. She has interned with Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy wherin she was involved with the Yuva Janaagraha, Area Sabha and Communications Program and has represented Greenpeace India at the UNFCCC COP/MOP1 at Montreal, 2005.

Krittika is a social media enthusiast and has a keen interest in politics. In her spare time, she loves travelling and has recently started a stamp collection.

Her responsibiliy at ITfC would involve taking up and assisting research activity and its related program administration responsibilities.
