We have continued our work in furthering social justice and gender equality in the information society context. In our report, we share with you highlights from our work on building institutional capacities of public schools, enhancing the active citizenship of marginalized rural women, conducting cutting edge research on gender-responsive governance and women's rights and spearheading a global coalition on a just and equitable Internet.
Learning Dialogues with Adolescent Girls at the Margins
This month, we unveil 'Dhwanigalu', a website that documents our insights from developing and implementing digitally-enabled learning dialogues with adolescent girls from rural Mysore, for strengthening their agency, autonomy and leadership. This work was initiated in March 2016 with support from the South Asia Women's Fund.
